Outfitted with balanced pre-amp and headphone amp circuits, each with its own power supply, the P1 can switch seamlessly from driving headphones to power amps to both powered and passive speakers. In all roles, components like a high-performance filter circuit, imported Talema transformers, and four LT ULTRA low-noise, high-current secondary regulators deliver class-leading noise filtering with exceptional sonic details. Tested on an extensive range of headphones, the P1 is tuned to closely resemble the legendary Accuphase C290V in both headphone and preamp modes for maximum musicality.
