Ridiculous, can't even ship the correct model of watch.

Drop couldn't even ship me the correct variant of the watch I ordered. I order the model with a silver case and black dial, and they shipped out, after nearly 3 weeks past the estimated date of delivery. Shipping took 2-3 weeks, and I ended up with a watch that was gold-cased with a black dial. I have to give a 1-star because this is atrocious from Drop, especially given that only a few people ordered this watch. As for the watch itself, the quality is very good, as expected of a Sturmanskie, though the movement i have yet to verify it's accuracy. The watch itself is very well made, but Drop's inability to ship even the correct order is really maddening. Such a desservice to what is actually a really good looking and well-made small watch. The large domed glass reaches to the edge, making it wear more like a 36mm watch, sort of like a Junghans Max Bill Handwinding. It is a pity that Drop couldn't send me the correct colour! Buy from elsewhere if this watch is what you like, R2A has their own site and there are a few renowned Russian watch sites you can buy from that will probably not screw up your order. Utterly ridiculous. 19/12/20 Update: R2AWatches has personally stepped in and resolved my problem, and I'm very pleased with their customer service, I would buy again from them, as their customer service is top-notch, just like their product. Prompt and responsive, fast to reply and help their customers. Drop, on the other hand, has very unsatisfactory customer service. I suggest buyers interested in this watch to buy direct from R2A, their support and service responses to customers is really good. 5 stars for R2AWatches, 1 star for Drop. As such, I have updated my rating to better reflect the high quality of the watch itself as well as R2AWatches' stellar support. However, I cannot say the same for Drop.

I just ran a search online and found out that Drop actually screwed up the model number SKUs for this watch. The 2609/3759471 is actually the gold version which I was sent, but Drop listed it as the silver/black dial edition. Thus, R2A probably supplied the correct model as they were told by Drop, but since Drop listed the colour variants incorrectly, I received the wrong colour, when I wanted the silver/black edition listed. Can anyone else who ordered this watch and received it tell me if you also received the wrong colour variant? Ridiculous. All of us probably had our silver or rose gold case choices swopped around.
