Just received mine but the water reservoir is cracked and leaking water. Anyone else?
Edit: Spoke with a rep and opted for the replacement. Will update again once received.
**A little upsetting to see quite a few others with the same issue**

MrShiftyJust received mine too... water reservoir is also cracked. Additionally the Brew-Basket is chipped and does not have the manual-adjust three position-Open, 1/2 Open, and Closed settings.

SRCJwell interesting enough I found a little plastic piece that fell out when I moved my brew basket and discovered it was one of two tabs underneath on the "arm" where the brew basket fits into. One had apparently been snapped off. Doesn't look like too big a deal and I can probably super glue it with no issues, but now that I've caught up on the other posts here indicating problems with damage, it does concern me. Why a hand made supposed quality product would experience these kinds of blunt damages and not be caught before sending to customers is worrisome. SRCJ you noted the manual-adjust three position for the brew basket - was it supposed to have this? Mine does not have it so just making sure we're not receiving something that is less than promised.

rstephenI received a reply from support. Choice of a refund or exchange. Ever the optimist, I chose exchange. Massdrop policy is if they have extra inventory they can exchange the item. I will update after I inspect the replacement.

J0LTJOLT, I’m not sure which brew basket we are suppose to get with this model. I’m just referring to the picture on page 7 in manual.

SRCJOk, looks like the CDGT model we received does not come with the manual three position brew basket, just the automatic which is what I received. So, based on that it looks like everything is in order.
