The Black Queef when you're wrist deep and there isn't much light, it feels right at home

"there isn't much light... Feels right at home" That's a ringing endorsement. When I'm at 500m I'll also be right at home as well as dead. Seriously, SNL moonlights copy for Drop.

Who cares if this watch is ugly and overpriced? The important part is that it's made by INVICTA! Okay--in all seriousness, this watch may appeal to certain members and if you're one of them, you can at least be sure that MD's price is much better than any I turned up in my search for comparisons. That said, it's always best to cross-check whatever MD tells you about a given watch, with other sites that actually know what they're talking about (not one of MD's strengths at present). And we thought MD was bad--those guys wrote an entire paragraph of puff and nonsense and never mentioned word-one about the damn watch! Well, I guess that's the "fashion" business for ya?

I was about to say $200 for a quartz is a bit much, but then I saw they’ve included a free spring bar tool! Bloody hell, you can find the automatic versions of these on ashford and joma.

WatchyoutalkingaboutIn my experience, $200 isn't a lot for a quartz. Granted, it's easy to find many quarts watches that sell for less, but also many that sell for much more. It seems middle of the road to me.

jayonnaiseI trust Rolex, as they test every single watch, not just one out of a batch. Technically, Seiko follows Japan’s version of ISO. Im sure invicta/technoviking tested a few watches, but to what standard? And $200 for a quartz isn’t bad, but which quartz movement is it? I highly doubt they’re sticking in 9F movements from Seiko. 500m wr is pure overkill, assuming it’s true, and if you’re going to sell me on overkill, I need a bit more proof. If this is your thing, I won’t stop you. I will point out that you can instead purchase for the same $200 a good majority of G shocks & casio promasters on the quartz side, and mechanical watches like the orient ray/mako/Kamasu, Seiko skx, and a bunch of different micro brands to choose from.
