These sound warm. They look and feel pretty well made. Bit bulky. Cable feels nice albeit a bit thin imo. Included case is nice. 4/5.

Received note from Massdrop stating delay in sending the orders out. Hopefully someone in reading can enlighten when, tentatively, the order will be shipped out.

What brand of drivers do these use? Bought a different TFZ and the sound was horrible.

I've been wanting to get these just did not want to wait til almost August. Guess I'll spend the extra $25 and order them tomorrow, and have them by the end of the week. It seems lately that all I have been using MD for is sort of a reference site. I don't know what's happened over the last year, but items can be had WAY quicker, for little to no cost difference. Sometimes even cheaper, through other markets. Sad as MD used to be something different. Oh well, it seems that good things never last, as they say.

Wish TFZ had better email communication. I've been trying to contact them for a few weeks now for their 1 year warranty but there hasn't been any reply.

...and STILL with the useless, bullcrap "Self-Frequency"...if nobody at Massdrop can adequately explain what " dual magnetic self-frequency graphene drivers " means, they should take that jargon out of the description.
