Still pretty good today!
Bought in June 2019, delivered in September 2019. I have used these for 4 years now, and have replaced (and repaired) the MMCX cable + termination due to it being loose and self disconnecting. Sound quality is great for its price, but you will need to gloss over the fact that it is heavier than much other IEMs, and the build quality isn't too great.

First time IEM buyer
Recommending these after nearly 3 years of use is hard. I received these right at the beginning of COVID-19 lockdown, so my use case isn't what it was what I intended, and I'll explain that below. I can't give them 5 stars because I hesitate to say, "Yes, IEM perfection, no problems." No audiophile terms used below, but I find myself to be an entry-grade enthusiast buying entry-grade stuff. I did a lot of online research and saw audiophile reviews for other makes and models, but I kept coming back to these and the Tin HiFi T4s. I decided to get both! I bought these and the T4s around the same time. Although these were listed as harder to drive (note: they are), I found them to much more comfortable than the T4s. Is the price there? Yes. Is the sound there? Yes. Is the quality/fit/finish perfect? No. You get plenty of buds to try out, the packaging was neat, the rounded edges are very comfortable, but you might find with your fingers that the gaps have a little grab to them. Yes, I did note some chemical factory smells as in other reviews, but it didn't linger after I tossed the box. Honestly, I use these daily. Initially, I wanted something for on the go or in one ear while I worked. I bought them with a 2.5mm balanced cable and an Ear Studio ES100 as other reviews suggested, but I found myself just cranking my phone volume up to max and not using the ES100s as much. Max phone volume without an amp (Samsung Galaxy S9) wasn't deafening or compromising (satisfactory). I also used these through a Schitt Audio Magni 3 and was very happy with the sound quality. My current use for these is at bedtime when I want to listen to or watch something on my phone without disturbing my significant other. I travel with them and kind of hate the stock cord for how bad it tangles and its odd visuals. If I knew my use case would have been like this when I ordered them, I wouldn't have spent the money on the balanced cable and portable amp, but other reviewers were correct about superior performance with this application. I hope someone finds this review helpful.

Good Sound
Earphones lean slightly on the heavier side but are still comfortable in ear. Sound is as good as the price gets.

Unique IEM Planar Experience
I've enjoyed my P1s for nearly a year, and in that time they've quickly become my favourite IEMs...they are by no means the most accurate, but if accuracy is what you're looking for, you're more likely to be considering something from the likes of Campfire or Moondrop. The P1s have been known for their midrange-focused, 'upside-down U'-shaped frequency response - what measurements typically don't show is the liveliness and width with which the P1s reproduce recordings. I've fitted mine to Dekoni Bulletz Mercury Eartips, my go to for perfect seal & fit, and a FiiO LC-4.4C cable for balanced performance. They both sound & work beautifully with these upgrades.

So-so
the cable is very bad. replace it with anything from $ 10 and treble will appear. there is bass only from a stationary amplifier of 1.5 watts, if you listen with a portable device, you need to glue the compensation holes both in the front and in the back. but won't it hurt the diaphragm?

Good but thirst IEM's
nothing much i can add other than another voice saying these are great only warning i would give is that they take power to drive, if you have just your phones headphone jack i would recommend the tin t1's over these, but if you have an amp, then these are great

An IEM that's not just for portable use.
First, the presentation of the IEMs is lovely. They come in a jewelry case-like box. The IEMs are displayed along with the elegant leather case. If you want to give an impressive gift, the P1's presentation is right on the money. Sound Quality: Bass is tight and fast, but a little thin with the stock ear tips. They benefit greatly from a "bass-enhancing" tip, such as the black silicone tips that come with the Fiio FH3. Of the stock tips, I preferred the foam tips. Mids are simply gorgeous. Beautifully textured, with fantastic detail. Acoustic guitars, saxophones, and vocals sound especially good. Treble sparkles without being shouty or fatiguing. Cymbal hits sound like cymbals, not just white noise at the cymbal's frequency. Soundstage and imaging: Imaging is very precise. "Flamenco Sketches" by Miles Davis presents the instruments clearly, without blurring them together. Soundstage is a bit closed, but hey, they're IEMs, not open back over ear phones. There are only two caveats with these phones. One, they're harder than average to drive. That said, some phones WILL drive them, but many will not. My Samsung A32 cellphone worked fine with the volume set at around 80%, unless the recording was very soft. However, my Galaxy Tab A was just not satisfactory with them. Most any dongle DAC should be adequate. They don't need a LOT of extra power, but they do benefit from some. Pretty much any desktop DAC/amp will drive them well. The other caveat is the case. It's beautiful, but it's a real pocketful. It's twice as big as it needs to be to hold the phones. However, the upside is that there's enough room to hold a dongle dac, or even an iFi Go Blu. Bottom line: These may be the best headphone value ever. Even at full list price they're over 95% of the sound quality of HifiMan Sundaras, at less than half the price, and and they beat the Sundaras hands down, for comfort. Buy them. Even at full list, they're a steal
