Keycaps for a Good Cause
On October 25th, the world saw the launch of #TeamTrees: an eco-friendly global initiative to plant 20 million trees before January 1st, 2020. To achieve the goal, #TeamTrees is asking for 20 million dollars (a dollar per tree). At Drop, we want to do our part the best way we know how: by mobilizing our dedicated Mech Keys Community and creating the Treecap! This dye-subbed PBT keycap is the perfect way to support the cause, and earn a lasting memento in the process. The best part? Every single dollar we raise—not a penny less—will go directly to supporting #TeamTrees.
All proceeds will be donated directly to #TeamTrees.

Q: Is it proceeds or profits that are being donated?
A: All proceeds (every dollar collected) will be donated directly to #TeamTrees. This means that all production and distribution costs are being absorbed by Drop.com.
Q: Who designed the keycap?
A: The keycaps were designed by MiTo.
Q: Can I buy multiple Treecaps?
A: Yes, on the checkout page, you can select the quantity of each Treecap you would like to purchase. Build a whole forest if you like!
Q: Are you accepting international orders?
A: Yes, and shipping is free for international orders, too!
Q: When will the donation be made?
A: The donation will be made before December 1st, 2019.

Q: I want to contribute to the group donation but I don't actually want the keycaps.
A: Go ahead and place an order, then send a ticket to Customer Service and request that your order not be produced/shipped to you.
Q: How does Drop benefit from this?
A: Financially, we don't. When you order a $5 keycap, we'll take that $5 and donate it directly to #TeamTrees. We'll then pay (out of pocket) to produce the keycap, package it, and mail it to you. We just really love this initiative and see this as a great way to get a lot of people involved.
Q: Are we going to make it onto the leaderboard?
A: It's about the trees, not bragging rights... but yes, we hope so!
