So here’s my take on this purchase.
Massdrop could care less about its customers.
I received my Vibram Shoes.
looked at them and said to myself
“I use a 43? Why did Massdrop send me a 42?” A simple fix by my standards of doing business.
Just contact Massdrop and explain I hit a 2 instead of. 3 and Massdrop will just exchange my shoes and say thank you for doing business with us. I admit I made a typing error and hit the wrong key. So you know what response I received from Massdrop?
Too bad, you bought them and we aren’t doing anything to help you because we don’t have too!
For all intents and purposes, Massdrop told me to stick my shoes wherever I want because they, Massdrop wasn’t going to do anything to try to make this issue right!
Massdrop (Damian) actually wished me luck on trying to get my money back and said that he wasn’t going to help me because it was my mistake and I was SOL.
So I just want everyone to know how Massdrop treats it’s customers. Massdrop is following in the footsteps of Kickstarter and Indiegogo when they take your money and then you wait for a promised product to find out you were never getting anything from them in the beginning. Massdrop got its money and now I can go pound sand as far as they are concerned. Thanks Massdrop, you made it an easy decision for me. I will not purchase another item from you. I’ve spent thousands of dollars of items which I’m still waiting for. But as far as future purchases, it’s not going to happen.
Just sad when you get so bold as to tell a paying customer “good luck on trying to get your money back”.
Thanks Damian and Harley from Massdrop for not doing anything to make this transaction right.
Remember the old adage, The Customer Is Always Right.
walamoonbeam41 - I'm a 9 - 9.5 regular shoe which makes me a 41/42 in betweener. I chose 41 for this pair. Ran my 2018 obstacle race season in this model and the upper loosened up a quite a bit after the first race (through water and mud).
I wear a size 10 or 42 2/3 in a womans solamon. Would a womans 42 work for me? I dont have a chance to get to any store that sells these. My foot is wide, should i go to a mens 9?
Romans832Also, if anyone is a 39 and wants to trade my 39 (Brand new) for your 40 (brand new)
I'm interested.
Kattdogg, best wishes on choosing the right one!
10.5 is a 45 size, but since I wear 4E wide shoes should I go for a 11.5 (46)? Maybe 47 since I wear extra wide and not just wide?
Or will buying these be a bad idea for someone with extra wide feet?
47, in my experience, is one of the most popular VFF sizes...what gives?! I know you guys are often too good to stock such outrageous size as XXL or 38, but 47 is hardly clown-shoes. C'mon now!
Can anyone verify that they're 6.4 oz for the pair? If so, I think they'd be great as camp shoes when backpacking. Half the weight of crocs and less bulky. Also a lot lighter than Xero Z trails. But I suspect they're 6.4 oz per shoe. Has anyone weighed these and verified the weight for a pair?
