Just received mine and the left earbud doesn't work! What would be the best way to contact VOXOA to use my warranty for a replacement? I am in Sydney, Australia
Our vendor has informed us that the bulk shipment was picked up on Thursday, and it is currently en route to our warehouse! Transit time typically takes about a week, so we are expecting to receive the order by the end of the week. Once received, our warehouse team will work hard to turn around your individual orders as quickly as possible.

I haven't seen any response for the previous posts. I have committed to buy these if the price drops to 49.99 yet I'm now a little concerned these ear buds are duds!

Same for me.. I don't really feel like sending them back to the US from Germany. Are they actually broken or are we/am I doing something wrong?
