We are back with a quick update. Our vendor has informed us that everything is right on track. Expect final shipments out to you all early to mid-June.
Expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 6/8 or sooner if something comes up.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the xDuoo UA-05 DAC/Amp and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where we'll break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 6/10.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 5/29.

Okay, I'm going to assume the answer to my last question is a resounding "DUUUUUUH." Now a less stupid question has come to me since my last question was posted. How does this compare to the Focusrite Scarlett Solo that is also currently being dropped. Both of these DACs seem to fit my needs, I'm just wondering how much in excess I get by going for the higher priced item.

This seems obvious but I'm going to ask it anyways. The hole marked "input" on the front is microphone input, correct?

jgilesI don't have this model, but normally input on an DAC/Amp is for input from another DAC or sound card. It's there in case you just want to use the amp.

XyrvyreI see. And apparently I was wrong about the Focusrite. It must work in the exact opposite way of a DAC/Amp. Does anyone know of anything that works like a combination of the two, communicating both ways with the computer?
