AAW’s in-ear monitors have earned acclaim in both the universal-fit and custom-fit categories, knocking it out of the park when it comes to aesthetics and sound. These are three of the company’s universal models, each complete with a hybrid driver unit, a 4-foot detachable cable, and all the accessories you need. The A3H features one 10-millimeter proprietary dynamic driver and two balanced armatures, assembled in a three-way crossover. The AXH uses a 10-millimeter dynamic driver and four balanced armatures, while the premium ASH uses a 13-millimeter graphene driver (an industry first!) and six balanced armatures—both in a four-way crossover. By using TruXross technology, these models address the crossover problems found in many multi-driver IEMs, which can lead to chaotic phase shift and scrambled arrival timing.
Note: At checkout, choose the A3H IEMs (base price), the AXH IEMs (+ $120), or the ASH IEMs (+ $410).
Retuned for superior performance in the treble frequencies, the triple-driver A3H delivers a clear, detailed sound with pleasing lows and a top end that doesn’t get harsh at higher levels. Meanwhile, the five-driver AXH uses a physical low-pass filter, a delicate positional arrangement, and a new copper acoustic bore design to achieve improved coherence, minimized phase shift, and optimized arrival timing of the music signal. Finally, in the seven-driver ASH IEM, the graphene driver’s sheer size and nano-grade diaphragm thickness result in a unique sound signature not commonly found in dynamic drivers. The graphene driver produces a pronounced, rich, and textured midrange, while the six balanced armatures handle the upper midrange onward.
