My Bluetooth cable stopped working. It charges but the the power button no longer works. Can anyone tell me where to get a replacement? I found a few on Amazon but the reviews are not great. The AR site is no help.

Bought the E10 model. It's been less than a year and they are well and truly no longer working. High pitched tone and nothing else. Much disappoint.

Great sound profile, but not good if you have long hair. The seal between the silver cap and black body loves to snag hairs and it becomes frustrating over time. I prefer my Massdrop x NuForce EDC3 's.

SRAK_PrgmrVery late to the party here, but I've used Mercurys (4.9mm) and the CP145 (4.5mm, I think) from Dekoni and SpinFit, respectively. They fit just tightly enough to not slide off, but loosely enough to make changing very easy.

I love earphones. Only problem is the connector cable for the left ear if the Bluetooth wire is shot. Only works when the wire is in a certain position. Is there any way to get a replacement Bluetooth Cable?

The listing says 2pin connectors, but doesn't mention size... anyone care to enlighten me? I have TRN's BT-20 Bluetooth devices already, don't like the neck cord style.
