Monika_WeissI got the same problem. Gladly, I got Mike at Head-Fi who was very kind and helped me out. So let me share the link for the latest firmware update:

so, uh, is there a specific reason it is running a version of android that has passed it's EOL?
Looks like it is running ICS, which is waaaaaay past it's due.
I personally wouldn't feel comfortable buying this and connecting it to a network for security reasons.
Like, you would be better served buying a used LG V20/V30 phone which has an onboard DAC and just using it as a media player, at least in those cases you are running an OS that is horribly out of date.

$200, what's the catch? Anything competing against this performance wise? It's a 2 year old model from what I can tell.

Same problem, been psyched for this and it's not shipping to the UK. Drop is proving as useful as Lead Flippers to a Diver, for me.
