THe hell is this scam?
Nah, this is why CIEMs are so much more, there is no mass production here, every unit is different. An IEM and CIEM with the same drivers will have a cost difference as much as these tips anyday.

Then just ignore this. Custom made products are more expensive because they are customized

Somewhat new to the scene. I know what an IEM is, but would someone be so kind as to define the terms UIEM and CIEM for me? Universal and Custom, I'm guessing? Google has failed me. ツ

WigdaddyThe U stands for universal...as opposed to custom. I don’t think it’s a common initialism but I could be wrong.

I own a pair of RHA T20i IEMs and am interested in this drop... but unsure if my ear phones are compatible (since they aren’t specifically mentioned). If anyone could share their experience or has an answer for me, I’d greatly appreciate your help!

Are you 3D scanning silicone impressions that are sent in? If so, will you send me the 3D scan file?

MichaelOhlssenThis also seals the deal for me. I was hesitant after learning the only local audiologist to offer ear molds charges $90 per appointment... did not want to pay that tax more than once

This would turn other people's Custom to your custom without reshelling for around $250-$400.

MohjongThese are not for reshelling CIEMs, these are custom tips for UIEMs

SlumberjackThank you very much I almost wish it would. I guess a 3D printer is still the best way.

Does choosing shure 215 vs 846 actually cause the mold to be created differently.

eddiekYes. Nozzle design and dimension are different between 215 and 846.

I didn’t buy these from Drop but I did get custom fitting done at CanJam NYC 2019. I absolutely love mine. I’ve had them since late March and have had zero issues with them. They fit great and have turned my UIEMs into a great pair of pseudo-CIEMs. You can’t go wrong with these.

Are these compatible with the Massdrop x NuForce EDC3? I see Nuforce Iem in the buying option but want to be 100% sure
