Wait a sec, I have these exact same earphones, except they're made by ADV. Did they change their name or did one company copy the other?

scuttsOh okay, that makes sense. Cool beans. Not gonna lie, but for a split second there, I thought I was witnessing some weird Mandela effect. Glad that wasn't the case.

Does anyone have a problem where they plug these into your laptop and they only recognize as headphones and the microphone doesn’t work?

how about noise cancelling in the microphone where there is less noise heard from your side?

TEDDYYY2That feature should be based on what device you use it on. I think both Windows and Android has that feature but how useful is it is another thing.

No way I'd get these instead of another Plantronics RIG 505 for almost same price on sale. Ear cups will always win over IEM for long game sesh. And I'm always told the mic is crystal clear.

Anyone got the same problem? My unit has got unbalance left and right. When the inline volume control is at max, the left side is like 50% lower volume compared to the right. Sometimes the left will totally be muted, only right is working...

kennttThat sounds like a problem with the drivers, you should contact the support and see how it goes.

When the boom mic is detached, will the earphone still have mic function? Like maybe inline mic?

AsdiYes, there is another mic built into the in-line remote. When the boom mic is detached, it automatically reverts to in-line mic.

After shipping costs, these cost $30 for me; is there anything that comes in the package that I wouldn't get from ordering the same set on Amazon? It's the same price with faster shipping. https://smile.amazon.com/Earbuds-Headset-Detachable-Control-Nintendo/dp/B07YBLJ7NZ/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=ADV.+Nismo+Jr.+Gaming&qid=1597813235&sr=8-2

This maybe a noob question but I have an ifi micro dsd black dac which I use on my PC. If I throw the mic on these and plug them into the dac, would the mic work for gaming or i will need a splitter? It seems to have only one 3.5 jack.

makkiyatoYou'd have to check the spec of that particular DAC, but most likely it will not support TRRS required for mic input - in which case you would need a splitter.

scuttsThanks bud! I kind of thought so too. I do not think it does support.

Can the mic function as a standalone? I read within the posts that it is 2.5mm? that's not the usual 3.5mm mic input jacks, correct? and if not, does plugging the IEM with mic attached into 3.5mm headphone jack of the sound card/computer/keyboard allow the mic to function but doesn't steal the headphone/speaker out?

kelsiphYou would need a splitter adapter (audio / mic) for that particular case.
