Baume & Mercier Classima Automatic Watch

Thank you. I’m not sure what species it is. Maybe you can tell me. It’s a bit of a family heirloom, I guess. My grandfather worked on the construction of Bellevue Hospital in New York in the 70s (not sure the exact time). apparently this same cactus is in one of the entrances, and he’s been growing them from clippings and handing them out to family and friends for decades.
