I've had my set since October, '19 and recently bought a set of replacement cables from Hart. I've removed the earcup plugs a couple times but this time the right jack slipped up into the earcup just far enough to prevent either plug being attached. This with no more pressure or force than normal. While waiting for a reply about my options, and knowing what it would be having purchased no supplemental warranty, I began repair. I could not find any instructions here or online but see that several have had issues with the QC. Good News: I was able to effect repair but feel I need to warn you to be very careful how many screws you remove. The driver is a magnetic sandwich and comes out as a unit WITHOUT undoing the screws holding it together. I almost ruined mine separating the planar sandwich. I don't have photos but will be happy to communicate with anyone wishing to salvage their pair. It's a relatively easy fix if you avoid my error. I like these headphones and find they compare favorably with my Sundaras, run smoother than my Modded T60RP MkIIs.
I've got two dents on wood the ear cup so I'm returning it.
Also, though I love the sound, these are probably the least comfortable headphones I have as the pads are too firm. Also, I'd love a little more (cosmetic) refinement on the grill on the ear cup - the edges are too sharp and unpleasant to touch.
Well after two months of waiting I get them with a dead right side. They came in a crappy case with no foam and only bubble wrap on one side I don't remember which side but the case looked liked some things had been set on it.
I think that it's a nicer wood on these than on the Sendy Aiva's but I prefer the Sendy's grilles.
So these with the Sendy Aiva grilles would be perfect... just call 'em the Blon B25 or something. ;)
Has anyone who ordered in March received their B20's yet?
Ours were stuck at the Shenzhen Guangdong air freight center for 3 weeks & I was posting this whinge note, checked to confirm spellings and LO!
"Arrived into the US

So now it's just a matter of waiting for them to ooze through customs - inching along somewhere behind the flood of urgently needed medical supplies - my audiophile greed will stay on hold until things calm down, lives <are> more important than tunes....
Awesome! I have heard good things about the Sundaras. The computer speaker is me being too lazy to take 2 steps to put it on a stand. I will leave these playing on the stereo downstairs overnight.
maybe I am confusing these with the Sivga’s and Sendy’s. Come to think of it, I think that Zeos actually said that the Blon’s actually had a wider stage than the other too and that they’re tuned a bit differently.
