Re guarantees of future lower prices - in fact we are looking at the possibility of a price increase this fall, as our costs have been rising. Now may be the very best time to get this deal.<br /><br />Re the adapter - some 12v tubes like the 12au7 can be wired to run at 6v, and that's how we run it in the Crack kit. We don't make the adapter mentioned, and thus we cannot guarantee its performance. For what it's worth I prefer the sound of the 12au7.

DocBIn looking for entry level soldering gear, it seems like they're are a lot of pretty solid options. However, it's hard to tell what an appropriate entry-level multimeter for this application is. Do you have any recommendations on that front? Thanks in advance!
