Finally got mine in Spain, strange problem with both (XF200 and M100), unless I hold the middle button down on the control switch the sound is weak and errrr. CR@P.
It could be my circa 2004 Creative Zen Touch Mk1 being incompatible. A bit of bodge tape to hold the button down works, but not pleased. As for audio quality I cant expect much from the XF200 but the M100 is way inferior to the Blue ever Blue 878s I got in a previous drop, even with the button down.............
