Anfield@Anfield @Rizzzi As an owner of the Momentums I can tell you that it's not NEEDED, but there would definitely be a benefit. I can hear a difference connecting my Momentums to my ASUS Xonar Essence STX sound card's amp, I can only imagine that this would sound better even. Strongly considering this, I've always wanted a tube amp.
