Made in collaboration with Case Cutlery, an American manufacturer of premium knives passed down for generations, the Orvis Stockman features three durable blades for multiple uses. The clip-point blade provides a long edge that’s ideal for slicing. On the same side, the shorter sheepsfoot blade is designed for slicing without piercing due to its curved, blunt edge. On the bottom of the Stockman is a spey-point blade that’s optimal for skinning. Each blade is made from Tru-Sharp surgical steel—a high-carbon steel designed to hold an edge and resist corrosion. The blades are all anchored by a rustic, black oak handle that’s held together with brass pins and liners.
