While I think this is great looking and versatile combo, does anyone happen to know what the output impedance is? I can't seem to find it.

SolidI can't find the spec anywhere either. From my personal experience, I didn't hear any damping with low-impedance headphones, but I wouldn't take my word for it if you're really concerned. Maybe it's worth emailing their tech support?

RyneWeissI talked to Denon support on Friday and received an email with tech docs you can grab from their site. I replied and I'm awaiting their response. We'll see what they say because it would be nice to know what kind of power output this has.
I'm genuinely interested, but leaving the output power and impedance a mystery isn't going to help them sell.

SolidI would assume it's low output impedance from my listening experience, and from the fact that Denon's high-end headphones are 25ohm.

RyneWeissI checked that out too. But leaving impedance and output power blank is a bit silly.
I did get a response from someone at Denon, but was told 50 mW @ 32 ohms. I told her that can't be right. The fiio E06 has greater than 180 mW @ 32 ohms. I also asked where they found that information as it's not in the spec sheet.

SolidThat is strange. It could possible be low power at low impedance because it has high output impedance. But that spec sounds very wrong.

RyneWeissI received another email and they said it's correct. This is more of a DAC and pre-amp.
Can run low impedance IEMs and full-size headphones, but probably nothing more than 32 ohms. I just found this on their site, which appears to be different than it was a day ago.
http://usa.denon.com/us/product/hificomponents/usbdaconverters/da300usb Head down and check the specs. Then why call this a DAC and AMP? This is definitely not an amp.

SolidThat's weird. It really doesn't line up with my experience. I got really good results with the amp from the HD800 and the TH900.

RyneWeissYou've been able to drive the HD800's with this? I know Focals, Grados and the TH900 are low impedance, but to drive those sennheisers is a different story.
Welp, I'm at a loss. Maybe I'll get one in the future and see what it can do. If you can, test other high impedance/low efficiency cans when you get the opportunity. Would be extremely helpful. Cheers!
