Amazing product.
Its a perfect combination between a gaming headset and and an audiophile headset! The build quality is not the greatest, but i find it a clever way of cutting the price, making sure everything else can be as good as possible for its price.

Very good.
This headset is very comfortable and light, at first it is a bit tight, then becomes almost perfect. The mic is really good for a headset mic, would have been good if it had a foam cover, breathing is very audible. The open back design is great for breathability, not great if you have a brother who is constantly yelling. It’s very good for music and gaming, just remember people around you can hear loud music and loud people yelling slurs at you. Best headphones I’ve owned 9/10 would recommend unless you’re in a loud environment.

Great Quality of Sound, not as quality in Durability
I've used this headset for roughly two years; in that time, it has been perfect except for the build quality. I've had my microphone extender break twice by pushing it down/activating and it has made my mic no longer work. The sound quality and sound optics in this headset have been amazing, but its a damn shame the microphone broke only after 2 years

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Would love to be able to review the product, however no one seems to know where it is! According to drop, it's been shipped. According to UPS, it hasn't been shipped. Drop hasn't replied outside of automated responses. Very very poor customer service, and I will 100% never order directly from them again.

Great Imaging
Fantastic headset that punches above its pricepoint in terms of audio quality. Not only is the audio good, but with the weight and breathability, it's easy to forget I have it on.
Only complaint is that part of the hinge that allows the earcups to rotate cracked somehow. The plastic got stuck stretched out and a little piece snapped off. Only noticeable because I know that it's there, and doesn't affect performance

Comfortable, with great sound
Coming from the pc37x and Jubilee HD58x, these are actually much more comfortable. The clamping force is much more tolerable and the earcups don't hurt after a few hours like the Jubilee.
I'm not a big fan of the braided cable, wish they came with high-quality rubber one like the Jubilee instead. I'll probably look for alternative cable in the future.
Nice that it comes with both PC and mobile cables, a long with alternative ear cushion and carry bag.
The Jubilee made me love open-back headphones, I'm happy the pc38x sounds almost as good, and has a great mic for convenience. It's a good upgrade from the pc37x in my opinion, worth it.

Great sound, but uncomfortable.
Although I recognize the great sound quality of this product unfortunately not only did I find it super uncomfortable as the plastic inside of the ear cup touches my ear and is very tight, the left driver also came defective as it distorts when playing somewhat loud sounds, and that only happens to the left side, Ive also tested a frequency test on youtube and confirmed the defect.
