Very nice knife
Really like this knife. It is different and will be in my EDC rotation. It’s made by WE, so I will compare it to their model 703F, another liner lock. Both are silky smooth to open, but the ACTF has a stronger better detent, so the blade snaps out and locks without fail. The 703F detent is weaker, resulting in an occasional incomplete opening. The ACTF IS 4.0 ounces; the 703F 5.0, a quarter inch longer in both blade and handle. Both unlock easily and both blades fall into the frame with ease. Fit and finish are outstanding on both. My hand size (large glove size) fits the ACTF better. ACTF has thumb wheel and small flipper tab that works well without being too big (as on Mass/FF Crux). ACTF black CF scales and bronze Ti liners extremely well done. Pocket clip very good, but reveals a bit more knife than I prefer (3/4”). I like the S35vn steel. Prefer smaller blade markings, and not on middle of blade. Glad I bought this one. Looking forward ti next offering.

Pretty happy with this one. It's a bit thicker than my gent but feels very satisfying when flipping open via the tab or the thumb disk. Always wanted something from Bob in my collection as well!

I have all three of the Drop Bob T knives, this one, the CTF and the Persian and in many ways this one is the closest to the knives that Bob makes. The CTF is a great knife that is clearly a Bob T design, but isn't actually like any knife that he's sold. This Drop ATCF Tanto on the other hand has scales that are almost identical to the mid-tech ATCF EDC that Bob sold a number of a few years back and so is much closer to a "real" Bob T than the other two drop designs. The action is OK, obviously not as good as the ATCF EDC, but then again this was a quarter of the price. I've found the Tanto blade shape surprisingly useful, even if for my personal test I would prefer a spear point. All in all a great little knife that gives a real taste of a Bob T knife and one that I don't mind using

Beautiful knife
Just got my tanto knife and I love it. Well-made and smooth action, and love the angular design.

Still Waiting
I ordered this 5 weeks ago and still no show. Then I reach out to support and it is gonna take another week to get some info on the whereabouts of my package. There is no indication that it will be delivered anytime soon. Just not cool. I may not have cared so much if it where a $20 knife but we're talking about $180 here. WHERE IS THIS THING? I will never order from this place again. Kudos to all of you that received your package in a timely manner. I was really looking forward to this knife. I'm just really disappointed with the overall experience.

The fact that they (Drop CS) sees and reads these reviews without some type of reply here is also bogus...feel for ya man. Its these exact types of posts (and as we know there are hundreds of them all over these pages) is the reason I will never pull the trigger here.

knife compares very well to custom terzuola's of similar design .
The knife is faithful to the original ATCF , with a few minor improvements. Great compact design in a tanto variant!

Excellent fit and finish
Drop shut action out of the box. The knife has an excellent fidget factor. It will flip and flick easily. Gorgeous silver carbon fiber scales on mine.

Fantastic
The fit and finish impressed the heck out of me. Yes, even for a $200 plus knife this is still a bargain for what you get. A legendary technical knife designer teamed up with WE’s build quality, you got yourself a winner.

Almost as cool as the custom
Very well done. Fit and finish are good. Action is smooth, snappy in the open and drop shutty in the close. Wish this had come with the option of a drop point and Ti scale.

This is a bit misleading. I bought into the hype....what can i say? Terzuola + tanto ....the name atcf "combat" folder. Sadly this is far from its name in description. Atcf should stand for Average technology compact folder. This thing is tiny. Dont get me wrong. The fit and finish is 2nd to none. The action is smooth and buttery. Its the size. Was this thing made for a middle school kid? When it has combat in the name i was thinking emerson, microtech, medford to name a few. This? Tiny thing? Its handle is too fat and heavy to be a gentleman's folder. I would rather carry my kershaw leek. I read the description for the dimension but man is the guys hand in the photo extra small or what? I have medium size hands and my index finger can cover the entire blade's length and width. Which makes it Average! Its not the best at anything! This is a over priced replica of waveless emerson cqc-7. I know im going on a tangent but If the blade was fatter like 1"/25 wide then i can consider it more of a combat folder but its measuring like less than 1 inch... this would be the last knife i would consider in my rotation. Super sad maybe my expectations were to high. But when you got "combat" attached to your name... im thinking COMBAT! lets just say it shouldve been "compact" instead. My socom elite, super roadhouse is a combat knife or even my medford tff fat daddy. The only combat this atcf will see is boxes or your kid's school science project. Sorry for the long rant guys its just frustrating when you pay so much and wait so long just to be let down...and i bought the cf one to fml....money wasted...

Q50s...Please excuse me maybe I misunderstood, "Terzuola + tanto ....the name atcf "combat" folder." So you bought it because of Terzuloa not Combat no difference you admit you bought because of the name, the rest of my comment stands, it appears you like your knives BIG and you should have known this ACTF is not.

FlyinFHaha you are what we call in the knife community a fan boy. Im guessing you failed to read in the discussion board my other post on this knife. I obviously have knives of all sizes and occasions. Instead of trying to make an outstanding review for this knife, you try and nit pick everything i say to find contradictions and this and that to prove that i am wrong. Youre the type of guy that goes around doing that because you feel differently about a product but is unable to defend it because i made such a solid review or you didn't even buy one yourself. So regardless of what anybody says about something for any product, if YOU think differently then the other person is wrong. Guess what all youre actually doing is giving me more attention its my opinion and you dont have to like it. But too bad you have to accept it because its here to stay and you cant stand it so YOU and all the future fan boys are only going to respond to my post to try and find some fault in it but its just going to gain more views at the end of the day. Tbh most fan boys have evolved to real knife guys and realist but youll just make more accounts just to reply lol. Im all for it bud. You know negative reviews is what got Strider and medford knives attention and now they're a mutli million dollar company. Keep it up fan boy i cant wait to see what you are going to nit pick next. i'll be here waiting, continuing to waive my yellow flag with the snake on it until you become a real knife guy.
