Welp, seems like mine have died just like so many other people's. I thought I'd be spared as they were working great but now I can't even get them to turn on. Holding the power button causes the white led to fade in and then quickly shut off. Left them charging for a few hours, tried again, and got them to briefly come on. But once I turned them off and tried again it was the same thing. Bummer because they really did sound great. Time to contact support I guess.
Willryan042So sad that it ended this way , such a great pair of headphones, the plain simple design , amp feature, great Bluetooth sound quality , I read a long time ago about a wired version or some sort of different version of them, not sure what has come of that. Just sent mine back today for the same problem as you 😐
Willryan042I'm having the exact same issue and am also very dissapointed but I'm also having trouble contacting customer support about it. Were you able to successfully get help and if so how?
Jenseng1236Yes if you go to your orders page then there is an option on the purchase of the pandas to contact support with your problem, that's how I contacted support myself.
