Very poor experience with this watch. Mostly glad that it was limping out of the box so that I could start the return process right away.
My first experience with Drop customer service. A little slow but I was pleased overall.
Assume it needs a battery, but really? Not happy and threw away the packaging too quickly. So, not enjoying my watch that I can't use till I take it to a jeweler to fix.
Looks and feels great. Not bad for my first drop purchase.

German Bauhaus styling in an affordable quartz.
No problems with mine. Arrived safely. Tiniest hairline scratch I'll live with between the lugs. 130 bucks gives you a cool minimalist Bauhaus look and a reliable quartz. The GMT hands adjust simply through a push in button held to sweep the hand to a proper time. The GMT dial is 24 hours so a sharp eye needed to set at the right indice. Soft comfortable leather strap. Looks very nice and easy to see. My first DUFA. I'd consider another.
Battery dead. Changing a battery is a huge pain in the ass because it’s a snap-back case. So it’s sealed under pressure and you need a special tool to snap it back. Even after going through the battery change, as I didn’t hear back from Drop’s customer service , the dual time GMT option doesn’t want to change with the little inside button you have to push. Anyway, nice looking watch, but only on the outside.
You are right. But it didn’t move right away. It’s not the most accurate way to set it either. Odd technical choices on the otherwise beautiful watch. This should have been a hand winding mechanism
GeneKOh absolutely agree, it took me a couple of glances at the manual to figure out that you are supposed to hold it and even then it was half by accident. I have other watch with a button but it's much more straightforward than that (other one has a button for date change)
Looks great but it's not working out of the box. Likely the battery but I've been waiting 4 days for a response on next steps from customer service before I crack it open. Are they selling old stock? Not impressed with my first order from Drop.
Back came scratched up in multiple places and there is a scratch or lint inside of the crystal. Sucks to receive a "supposedly new" item looking roughed up.
Wow, that sucks. I was "lucky" that it was visually impaired only (knock on wood). All the functionality I can think of seems to work well. I have a feeling it's really bad QA or refurbished stock and your experience only makes it more possible :( I already submitted the customer service request.
