The aroma power (does the candle fragrance the room?) is good. The fragrances are excellent, and in some cases, unusual. The wicks often won't stay lit, not so good. I fixed this by creating a new wick, in a way. I also like that this is an independent business. Customer service has not returned my emails regarding the wick problem. Disappointing.
I like the candles and would buy them again.

I am responding again since today I went to light one of my candles and it didn't stay lit. This time I continued to light the candle at the bottom of the wick where it meets the wax. After three attempts it did stay lit.

Overall great boutique candle. Would have loved the scent to linger more as the previous reviewer stated and I don’t necessarily think it lasted the listed 40 hour burn time, however I’m only upset because we liked it so much. Massdrop do a 2-Pack for $30 and take my money :)

Got my candle in the sandlewood scent. Scent is just like what I have imagined, but it's not very strong but sufficient for my tiny room. Scent does not linger through the night like my other candles. It's not deal breaker for me since I just needed it when I am doing my stuff, but definitely something to note if you are considering to use it for bigger areas.

Sorry about that: 1st the sandalwood scent is quite faint, 2nd the wood wick needs quite a bit of coaxing to stay lit .... for $20 I expect more from a candle from my home town.
