Guys which are the foams for them? On Etymotic site there are ER38-14F and ER38-14FE, but none of them is indicated as for ER3.

satanisloveIt's the ER38-14F according to the accessories they listed on ER3's product page. https://www.etymotic.com/consumer/earphones/er3-new.html

satanisloveThe nozzle is the same as the ER4, any tips/gliders listed for them will work too.

satanisloveIf you're going to order more foams, I'd recommend you buy sure Shure olives instead. They're much more durable. Or go all the way and get the custom silicone tips, then you'll have comfort, isolation, and some say slightly better sound.

satanisloveSensaphonics, in Chicago makes them. Check their website for approved audiologists to get your impressions made and they have their own lab create them. I can tell you that they make quality ear plugs made to fit the Ety filters, I'm sure they can deliver what you're looking for. BTW, Etymotics is also local (Elk Grove, IL) so they know each other very well. http://store.sensaphonics.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=ETY%2DSLEEVES%2DEARPHONES

I think you're in the dying empire, so you can locate an audiologist, get the impressions/tips from them by following the info there.
