Joined the drop close to it closing. Received my Mobo and GPU in the same package one day earlier than estimated by UPS. Mobo is a bit lacking in the overclock dept for me but I'm happy with it. No complaints on the GPU. Can't say the same for Gigabyte's software though lol.
Howdy Everyone,
Just wanted to flag that we are looking into the issue on the missing graphics cards. Once we have further information you will be contacted by email.
We are sorry for the inconvenience and delay.
Thank you.
Upset1@B.Hutch any idea when I'll get my graphics card and what Massdrop will do for me? No one seems to be able to answer me. You charged me a month ago. If I don't have this by Fri, I dispute the charge.
Tannyboy20Thanks, I'll need it. I keep getting the run-around from Massdrop. It always takes a couple of days to send an inquiry to FedEx. If they just used the tracking numbers they gave me, they would see it has not been delivered. Still no idea when I'll get the card or what Massdrop is going to do for me.
DivyanshThanks for the tip. I ended up getting the Newegg deal and was looking to upgrade to a new motherboard from my 6th gen Intel. Went with Team Red this time as I know this Mobo will be more future proof as AMD said they'll be supporting it at least five more years, according to their road map unlike Intel. And yes, I realize stock for stock, clock for clock the 8th gen Intel beats the Ryzen equivalent for gaming, but I can have an OC'd CPU for much cheaper price that meets or beats the Intel i5 at the same price point in gaming and comes with a good factory cooler, and is a beast at it's price point for video editing and other work applications. Took the extra money I saved and upgraded to a 2TB 7200RPM storage drive from my old 1TB SSHD I'd had stuck in my old Frankenstein rig. In addition, I game at 1440p and higher resolutions so the GPU will be the limiting factor before the CPU will be, for the time being.
