Ah. That's the email that Mark referenced below I can't really make that decision for you....it's not totally out of line for prices on other sites..... But i will say this: 1) It's twice the price of the last drop that was advertised as blue steel, just different handles. 2) I didn't get the email because I didn't join at this price when I suspected it wasn't really white steel I think you can figure out my opinion from that 😉

Massdrop. They sent me a email. See below. Hi,It’s been brought to our attention that there’s a small difference in the type of steel listed on the drop page. We were originally advised that the blade would be white steel but the Japanese print on the blade states that the metal is in fact blue steel. The knife you will receive however is the same as expected.We sincerely apologize for this and are doing everything we can to make it right. Given this inconsistency, we have a few options for you:A.) You can stay in the drop and we’ll ship the knife (blue steel blade) to you as soon as possible.B.) We can cancel your order and issue a full refund.Please let me know your preference by Thursday May 24thand I will gladly get that started for you. If we do not hear back, we will default to order cancellation. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or concerns. I think it is not a good drop for blue steel. Is that right?
