EvilpandaThis guy is literally saying it is OK for Kickstarter project creators to purposely lie and deceive backers all because they can get away with it. Something tells me he has to know Trinity and Bob personally on some level. The fact he claims the majority of the hifi community has Bob's back says just how out of touch with reality he is. IMR is selling almost $700 iem's for less than $300 on a group buy platform for a reason.

You should be in Jail. You certainly shouldn't be making money off the capital off devices (TRINITY) you never made and used to create IMR.

Owned by the same person who owned Trinity audio and who still owes me £100 as they took my money (and many others) didn’t supply the Headphones and then the company (Trinity Audio) disappeared. And now the same person is selling again with a different company name and it’s this one. Buyer beware.

Lets face it ..... you were dumb enough to just pay up whatever costs incurred on you because the agent did not disclose “key” issues to you. You cannot think straight and have this sense of inferiority in you thinking that one should just take it on the chin in any scams.

ZhiyaoYoungThank you for pointing out that these rip off the design of Acoustune's. I was going to, but thought I'd read the comment section first. I'm glad I'm not the only one who recognized their unique design. Acoustune's quality build is fantastic and it's a shame that their signature style is now associated with this product.
Regarding the comments of the IMR's knockoff not fitting well, the Acoustune design fits really well and seals nicely. Decent isolation, but they're very comfortable and great for long sessions.

People are making up bizzare conspiracies about money laundering without proof. The law is not on their side layers for their class action lawsuit jumped ship admitting that they where illegally attacking a innocent man THAT IS NOT defendable in the court of law as bob is not guilty until proven otherwise.
There is no clear target so they are making ones up. Thats what humans do.

Bob literally stole money from backers on kickstarter with his former company "Trinity". IMR may deliver, but the company was built off stolen money.

tooitchyIt wasn’t just Kickstarter. If you put money down there, yes you never saw anything. But, if you also bought stuff directly from Trinity, after they had started downhill & before Bob left, you ALSO never received anything. Earlier purchases were kinda delivered... sometimes what you ordered, sometimes something else with an apology that the item you ordered was having problems.
I’m not suggesting not buying from Bob... his designs were good. I’m just saying that Bob was somewhat involved in the Trinity fiasco/scam and won’t even tell us who to go “after”.
