Custom Sound With a Winning Driver Combination
Bringing isolated audio and custom listening features to an IEM form factor, the IMR R2 Red IEM delivers strong sound in a space-efficient package. The R2 Red uses the same chassis shape as IMR’s highly regarded R2 Aten, except the Red has a closed design for extra isolation. Inside, each earphone features a high-resolution piezo ceramic driver and a new 13.5-millimeter beryllium-composite dynamic driver with uprated neodymium motors. Together, these drivers create a large soundstage with precise instrument placement and a frequency range of 10 to 45,000 hertz. Equipped with a single-crystal, oxygen-free copper braided cable, the R2 Red also comes with several interchangeable nozzles that allow users to customize its sound signature across bass, mid, and treble frequencies.
