I need headphones/microphone all day long on conference calls. When I am not on a conference call, I can listen to music. These work well at home, as well as at work. These are super comfortable. The Klipsch structure is not too heavy on the neck or ear. I have worked an 10 hour day, and still had 30% battery left at the end of the day. Hiking with my wife, we like to listen to audio books, as we enjoy nature. These headphones are a great investment.

For the price point, this is a great Bluetooth headset. I bought these with convenience and ease of use as my priority. I stream constant music and attend conference calls during the work day for up to 10-hours before they give low-battery warning. Charging for 30 minutes to 1 hour will usually get me through the work-day. The angled earbuds fit well with my ears and the mic quality is above-expected for the location of the mic. It's located inside the right-hand controller and I can be looking up at a monitor or down at my notes and still be heard clearly in a conference call.
The sound quality is a bit muted and adjusting the volume/settings doesn't really fix it. Warmer tones and reduced bass, but these were not purchased for sound quality.
The main issue I have with this headset is the neckband is very rigid and comes with a predetermined angle for the ends/controls. It doesn't fit well on my neck/shoulders so the headset will either fall backwards or twist around my neck. I requested these for another drop to get a backup and will be gifting them.

Great sound quality while it lasted. Died after 2-1/2 months. I wouldn't buy these again. Increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars only because Klipsch is now honoring the 1-year warranty that they at first refused to. I will still be looking for a better BT headset with great customer service. Don't want all the headaches that came with these.

For the most part, i really like then. They fit good and are comfortable. Sound is very good, no complaints. My only negative comment is that the buds have no place to be secured. They don't retract or have a place to be held in magnetically, like my LG earbuds of similar design. Overall, a good product, but not exceptional. Brad.

Great sound, but I can't figure out a good way to attach the earbuds to the neck band for storage. Some of my friends have cheaper off brand headphones where there are recessed pockets that the earbuds are stored in, and they are retained with magnets.
