Is there a larger adapter plug for using these with an amp? My headphone amp only has the larger plugin.

trog69Well if you want to use it with an amp, your mic on the inline will not work. Also there are always 1/8 to 1/4 adapters to work with your amp that you can buy separately on amazon or something or maybe another headphone you bought in the past.

trog69Amp for $30 headphones? Gosh you must be out of your mind. These probably won't benefit much from amps.

tydlwavYes, I realize these are made for phone usage, but I do not go out very often and I have a nice little near-field system built around this gaming pc, so yes, I do use an amp for these headphones, as that's how all my other headphones are used. I have the Emotiva a-100 Flex amp I bought just for headphone use-primarily the 300ohm Sennheiser HD6XX's-but I had to buy a separate adaptor to plug these into the amp. No biggie and they do sound pretty good through the Emotiva and even through the Emotiva pt-100 preamp/DAC/tuner I also use as the control center for this system. I really, really care about sound quality.

KaydermoI plugged these into the sound system on a newer airplane and WOW! I purchased a portable AMP/DAC right away.
