If you buy these stupid little trinkets and crap like fidgit spinners then you are not a real man, real men don't have time to be little girls (pussies) !!!!!
Slapfight about the legality of defacing currency aside, is anyone else weirded out by a coin featuring John F. Kennedy with a hole taken out of his head?
Section 331 of Title 18 of the US code provides criminal oenalties for anyone who " fraudulently alters, defaces, mutilates, impairs, diminishes, falsifies, scales or lightens any of the coins coined at the Mints of the United States."
So how is the company selling this item??? Inquiring minds want to know. Thanks.
InkyPinkyThe key word in this is fraudulently. It is illegal to alter coins in order to change their value. However, modifying them for purposes such as art and entertainment is perfectly legal, in the USA.
Here is a great tip for any spinning surface toy! Take a big framed picture (glass) off the wall and lay it on a flat surface, like the ground or counter. Glass is flat and very hard and smooth! Also the frame will keep it from falling off.
