I just had to chime in here, this Hot Sauce is the freshest thing on the market , there are plenty of gimmicky hot sauces that burn a hole in your tongue but very few with flavor and made from a unique pepper . if you want the same Mexican pepper sauces and "ghost Chilis " then have at it . if you have taste buds and value them buy this sauce .

This isn’t nearly as complex in flavor as the recent drops from Clark and Hopkins or Small Axe, but it’s a bit different from your typical Louisiana style hot sauces. Overall it’s nice, not super hot, pleasant acid hit, and a unique flavor. It doesn’t seem to match well with already acidic dishes like those involving tomato sauce, but it’s a good pairing with fattier dishes where the acid helps liven them up.

Pretty tasty but nothing extraordinary . Good for daily use on lots of items because not overly spicy. Somewhere between a Cholula and Tabasco. My biggest gripe is the cap / packaging. Cheap materials and design make it flimsy and hard to open and pour.

Not much flavor, not much heat. Not worth it really.

I feel that if a company sells a product that they call a 'Hot Sauce' then the sauce should be hot. Tastes good but not the whole reason I bought it. I was hoping that it would add taste to my food and BURN ME. I had to go to the cubbard and blow the dust off of the Tobasco bottle I had in cases of emergency and then dump it on top of this 'Hot' sauce. Three stars because the taste is there, it's just not what it says it is.

Disgusting
Easily the worst hot sauce I've ever tried. There is no heat to properly call it a hot sauce, and the flavor was awful. I gave away all my bottles and 2 of them returned them. The third person kept it to prank friends

this is a very acid-forward sauce. strong white vinegar notes, kind of in the same vein as tabasco, but without the aged quality that tabasco has, and also not nearly as spicy. other reviewers were right to compare this to cholula in terms of spice. this is going to sound pejorative (although i don't mean this in a negative sense), but when dolloping a lot on, it almost has a taste like the smell of drying paint. the acid is *that* far forward in the smell and taste. that said, it would be easy to cook with this in place of white vinegar and add a little extra pepper flavor besides. overall, not my favorite, but i don't feel like my money was wasted either. i'm sure i'll find a place for this in stir frys, salads, and other recipes where i want a strong acidic note.

It's fine, not bad but not that good either. Unremarkable hot sauce.

A dud. Not hot and not much flavor. I will finish one bottle and I gave away the other two as stocking stuffers this past Christmas.

Nothing special, but still a decent black pepper sauce
Have gotten through 2/3 bottles so far and have to say I appreciate this sauce although it's not altogether hot and it's more of a simple black pepper sauce. I'm a hot sauce junkie and have the gauntlet of Cholula, Tabasco, Texas Pete's and many other brands alike, this sauce really doesn't hold a candle to most of them and I'd say it would be good as a table topper at restaurants, but there are better overall options for home consumption for you to spend your money on. Definitely not a bad sauce like some of the reviews, but nothing overtly unique that makes you want to buy again.
