Anyone else getting no sound? I tried it connected to the grace sdac which is connected directly to my desktop and I get no sound. The I tried it connected directly to a sound source with an rca to 3.5 mm and also no sound. Any suggestions would be appreciated because I really do not want to return it along with the grace sdac.

dasIrvI have the same exact problem. Used RCA to Type C and RCA to 3.5mm Jack and still no sound coming through. Did we get a dead product or am I just missing another thing?

dotHACKsignNo idea. I’m going to replace it with the 120v version because I accidentally bought the 240v version with the European plug.
