New to the audiophile scene, and don't really know about the technicals of devices and peripherals. Is there a problem connecting active/powered speakers to this? I'm planning on using this on my computer with the HD6xx as my headphones, and plugging Edifier R1850DBs on the RCA ports in the back. Read somewhere how you can damage your speakers if they are already amplified and you plug them into another amp.

whappenowNot an expert myself. As long as you're using the rca's in the back it should be fine because the RCA's are powered from the SDAC and not the amplifier.
