Slow Shipping Slow Response - My Estimated Delivery Time has been changed 3 times so far: from the original10/02/2017 to 10/04/2017 to 10/09/2017 to 10/13/2017, without any explanation. That messed up my plan completely. Out of the 3 e-mails I sent to the Support on 3 different days I got one reply. I was forced to cancel my order on the 4th and now wondering when the refund will arrive, since there has been no update on that as of 10/07/2017.

RobbieLI feel ya. Going through the same thing. If you are going to have daily drops, and take peoples money right away, you need to ship right away. End of story. That, or don't charge until you ship.

nherrickThey charge right away so that they can facilitate immediate shipping once the drop ends. My understanding is that the delay is on the couriers sides.

DaireOCInteresting considering mine didn't ship "immediately" once the drop ended. 4 days after more like. That and it's a daily drop item.
Also, funny that the delay would be courier based, considering my Amazon shipments through FedEx have no such delay.
