I got the Fitsok Q5 pack 2 years ago, and the XLs are just way too small. I'd wear a 12.5 shoe if it existed, so I wear a 13 instead. Some shoes at that size are more than long enough for me, but maybe not *high* enough at the arch/ankle area. (At least that's what the problem seems to me)
So my twofold question is: will these fit any differently than Q5s from 2 years ago due to design differences or sizing changes, and is the XXL real since I don't see any mention of it outside of the ordering page (I looked on the fitsok site as well)?

wayward - Our Varsity Sock is styley performer that is based on one of Fitsok's core long standing performance socks. It is tried and true.
Predominantly made of cotton - so, as you may be aware - it's best appreciated because it breathes well and stays cool in dry weather - yet it's not recommended for very wet conditions because it holds moisture and weight.

How do these feel in the wet? ie torrential rain/sweat puddles for hours? Would this be a good sock for long runs/rides in 30+ heat?

I applaud your passion for a good pair of socks & continued interest in the drop. WTF is exactly it! What's The Fiber? Cotton! Soft & breathable - what most people wear for their underwear and cuddle up in at night.
Performance part is clearly sated in the drop -

3) Compression Arch Support
4) Strategically Placed Breathable Mesh Weave
5) Targeted Extra Cushioning in Toe & Heel
These socks are not meant to be used in the heavy rain, they perform extraordinarily to keep your feet extremely cool & comfortable in temperate normal conditions mostly for everyday activities that may include sports. You can run in them in dry conditions (even in a light rain) and they will NOT become bags of sweat. Just like Porsches and Jeeps - both perform, but each is right for certain conditions - so too are both cotton and wool socks.

Quick question before buying them, would they work good as cycling socks? Specially for gravel cycling (doesn't matter the white color to get a bit dirty after the ride)
