Massdrop x Klymit Ultralight Double Sleeping Pad

Either one is a great alternative to that old trick of cinching two single-width pads together, which usually results in air gaps, a middle crease, and pads shifting throughout the night. Instead, the Ultralight Double makes for seamless cuddling (literally) and it’s lighter than carrying two pads. In fact, it’s even light enough for the solo sleeper who wants a super plush and roomy experience. It measures more than 3 inches thick, so wherever you set up camp, you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud.

This pad has many of the same features as the Massdrop x Klymit Ultralight V, but is twice the width and nearly an inch thicker when inflated. It’s made with 20d nylon: a lightweight, durable fabric that stays quiet as you move, dries quickly when it gets wet, and blends in nicely with wilderness surroundings. Klymit’s proprietary V-shaped chamber design limits air movement and keeps you comfortable, even if your partner moves around a lot at night. On the bottom, select areas have a nonslip treatment that helps keep your pad in place on slippery shelter floors. Finally, the flat valve reduces the time it takes to manually inflate and can be attached to an inflation bag for a more convenient setup. To ensure your pad deflates quickly and completely, it features separate valves for inflation and deflation.
