I never heard Mee Audio until trying this set. I paid under $100 but it sounds more expensive. The bass and mids have a good body and details. But highs can get a little tiring at times especially when I listen to J-pops with female vocals.

A pretty good balance for the price
+ Sound: Matches my preferences pretty well (all genres, melodic/vocal/mid focus). Also, just phenomenal soundstage and imaging for the price. As a primarily headphone person, it's nice to not have to give up as much expansiveness as with most other IEMs in this price range
+ Excellent tip selection
+ Excellent passive isolation, especially with the triple flanges, almost at Etymotic levels. Tested on public transport, a couple of flights, near construction sites.
+ Very comfortable - in both wearing styles
+ Cable does a decent job draping. Bit stiff at first, breaks in well. Some shrink tubing around the ear area may help with shaping if you wanted to DIY that.
~ Sound: Works really nicely with an amp, but I had some ground loop noise issues.
- Sound: Hi-hats can sound a bit thin. Some simple and slight EQing (ballpark 1-2dB) fixes that well enough for me.
- Build quality: Many others have mentioned this too, the paint chips quite quickly and easily
- Build quality: The MMCX connectors can be a bit looser than other models
+/- Also had a defective unit at first, but Drop support were on point with replacing it
Great sound for the price, pretty good value with some caveats.
These sound fantastic, especially with the foam earbuds. The coating comes off pretty easily. The cable is solid. Maybe a little stiff but still reasonable and flexible enough. The mic works well and I have been able to use them for my daily portable IEMs for a while now without issue.
My only real complaint would be that the cables dangling from the ears are a little distracting. If I loop them behind my ears it works pretty well, especially with my glasses, but that's where the stiffer cable is less ideal.
Update: After almost a year, when replacing one of the eartips the whole attachment came out (I rarely replaced them). On researching I found others had the same experience. For the price I would still say these are a decent value, but know that these probably won't last a very long time with regular use. And like others the color coating started coming off after the forst couple of months.
Great soundstage, perfect cable, paint not chipping. I am using these with apple dongle most of time at 50% volume so you don’t need an amp for these.
Sound is neutral, it was boring at first to me. But after while I get used to it and these are my favorite iems. Especially for long listening sessions because their sound signature is not fatiguing to my ears. Passive sound isolation is A+.
