Bad news everyone! I received my pair in the later days of april and now after 1,5 months of regular use the casing on the right unit fell apart when I went to take it out of my ear. The 2-pin socket is now detached from it's soldering point. From a few weeks in I already heard a small plastic pop/tick whenever I would touch the casing ever so slightly while in my ear. How to proceed?

Or contact us directly and we will replace the earphones as soon as possible. I would like to have your pair back so that we can inspect and analyze the root cause. This is strange and definitely should not happen! Feel free to contact me directly and I´ll reply as soon as you can.
