What side zip does this jacket have? I've had a Rab that had the zip on the opposite side from the standard USA zippers.

Is this true to size? I am 190cm 90kg and usually wear L or XL.

Ax3l2kBest to size up by one size unless you want it to be very snug fitting. I am 174 cm and 78kg with broad shoulders and the L fits well and fits a midlayer. If you want it to go over just a base only err on the smaller size as it has a lot of stretch.

I’m 5’9”, 180 lbs with broad shoulders and chest. Should I be ordering this in L ( my usual size or M in some brands ) or XL? Looking to use this in cool, dry( er) clime hiking like the AZ trail in Spring instead of taking a wind shirt and a dedicated rain jacket. Anyone have experience with this in 50-60 F temps and hiking with a light Merino underneath?

Tctower12Large should be fine, especially if you are mainly wearing it over a baselayer. I am 5'8" , 160lbs broad shoulders and I can fit a fleece midlayer under a large. It has a lot of stretch. It breathes really well for a membrane jacket but isn't a windshirt 50 F with a strong wind is good conditions for this jacket unless you're working quite hard, in which case your sweat will accumulate.

Thanks. That’s super helpful. I’m Canadian but ship to US family so I get my stuff typically outside the return window. It’s really frustrating to get something that doesn’t fit that I’m stuck with. I’m going to pick this up. I think it will be a good piece in my quiver. . Thanks again.

No pockets?! That's dumb. Why would you want a jacket without pockets? That's like buying pants with no pockets. Doesn't make any sense.
JediJonMaybe you missed this: "Hidden zippered chest pocket doubles as stuff sack."
please, no more rab stuff. The result is rather … …… drab
