I just want to say that for a 'set' of dice I only got one die. They only sent me a D20. I will never buy from these people again. I want a refund.

Key point of the page:
"Payment is captured when the drop ends. We then place the group’s order with the vendor, who prepares it for shipment to our warehouse—or, in some cases, ships it directly to the drop participants. Once the group’s order is received, our warehouse team repackages it into individual orders for shipment to you."
Since you don't seem to understand how it works, maybe you should look into that before making yourself look stupid?

They specifically didn't tell us what happened, they said they were looking into figuring out what happened, they haven't said anything as to why it actually happened, nor provided any actual answers as to how/when they are getting the full set of dice we purchased.
