Overall great, but not perfect.
Size fitting was great. These are also completely waterproof, which is what I expected. The positives outweigh the negatives. The only negative I can think of is lack of material lining on the inside of the shoe, which -- if you're wearing a sock -- will cause the sock to slide off against the rubber inside. The fact that they're not very warm is understandable.
