Recieved my pair a couple of weeks back but was traveling and only opened it this week. It looks great, and sounds good, but after a handful of uses at home (light usage), the left earphone suddenly produces a very hollow sound (light treble, no bass). Could the BA drivers be spoilt already?!? This is unacceptable build quality!

ThongsterWhen you are dealing with very sensitive parts that are manufactured in a small form factor that is subject to quite a bit of movement, some degree of defects is part of the game. Based on my personal experience and what I have read, it seems that BA drivers are particularly prone to issues with either one driver failing, or perhaps with with the crossover, which sounds like might be your issue. Unfortunately I seem to be subject to a defect issue as well, but I will start my own post/thread so as to not hijack yours.
