This is not the ugliest watch on Drop even now. It is not a small watch - yet there is so much empty real estate on the face. Why? And while I'm asking questions; what is the 'peekaboo' hole in the back of the case for? Unobstructed view of the battery? Anybody - ???

OK guys, everything you say is true. But at least it is waterproof to 30 meters. So it has that going for it, which is nice...
Ventura watches are pretty cool. I love some of those oil-filled Sinn divers. Aaaaand... am I missing anything else? Don’t get me wrong—I love my quartz Seikos, but I wouldn’t call them “prestige”, despite their value as collectibles.
I think it’s worth mentioning too, that the entire December/Holiday collection of watches has been among the most pitiful, embarrassing, gross, and disgusting assortment MD has ever cobbled together over the course of their dubious history of watch hocking.
Everyone even tangentially responsible should be fired immediately and forced to spend the rest of their days in Kansas, repenting for their sins!
Avert your eyes!!!
Just when you thought they couldn’t possibly come up with an uglier, more insanely priced, piece of hell to strap on one’s wrist, along comes this Medusa inspired gargoyle!
