The knife itself feels like a usual ~$20 knife and it would be 3 stars. But I bought it for tools attached and the attached tools are practically useless:
Hard to open even with two hands (forget about one-hand opening, and this can't be adjusted) so I'd not rely on the "belt cutter" in critical situations;
"Can opener" is actually a "beer bottle opener", it is not sharp. And it is much faster just to use the back of the blade to open a bottle than try to open the tool;
Haven't tried the "glass breaker" but the construction doesn't inspire confidence.
Just as a "knife":
from the box - the blade is centered, but there is a play, not shaving, opening action is so-so (despite ball bearings), the lock bar can stuck after applying load on the blade.
The play in the blade was removed with adjustments without impacting action (what is really good as not always possible with cheap and not so cheap knives), adding a little bit of oil smoothed opening a little bit (probably disassembling and proper cleaning/oiling may improve it more).
deployment is nice and the finishing is good but the tools are extremely difficult to get out and because of how heavy the blade is, it doesn't always deploy reliably.
I got this pocket knife to take out on camping trips. It does the job I need it to. I haven't had the opportunity to use the can opener, but I like having the option.
The knife blade itself is pretty good, the lock and opening are solid and intuitive. The two sub tools (the strap cutter and the bottle opener) are not easy to open, however. The scales are comfortable and durable. The only other issue I have is that it didn't come very sharp, so be aware of that. All in all, though, it's proven a solid EDC knife.
