Great budget knife.

Overall it a pretty good little knife. The only thing I would change is for QSP to leave the quart of oil that covered the whole thing off of it. It's not like it is a high carbon steel blade after all. Other than that I really like it.

this has been my daily driver at home opening the sparse packages i have received. i have "wet" hands (hyperhidrosis) and this knife has thus far not rusted like everything else in my life.

Nice little for the price. Good centering, flips open with ease. It did need a few drops of lube and a few passes on an extra fine ceramic stone and lastly a strop. Now it is razor sharp. Well wort t hgt e small investment

Affordable, durable, decent.

Great value, look and feel like a 50 to 6 dollar knife sold at less than half of the price

Razor sharp factory edge, great action, near-perfect fit and finish. Design is simple and yet classic. Minimalist style. Average weight/blade ratio. Materials are budget. If you are looking for a first knife to carry to see if you are a knife person, this is it.

Solid knife for a great price

The QSP Parrot is a nice knife. There are better knives out there, sure. But not at this price point. The Parrot holds an edge well, is nicely balanced, and small enough to fit in your pocket without being obtrusive. I also like the green color.

I wanted to like the skyline. Maybe the one I picked up was a bad apple but the action was just terrible. Also did not like the way it feels in my hand but that is obviously more subjective. Or maybe as simple as I owned a leak, blur, thistle, knock out and probably a couple other Kershaw knives before the skyline and like all of them better.

What’s not to love about the skyline? As a lightweight simple edc it’s perfect for its price (I paid $30 or so for each of mine). The steel isn’t fantastic but it takes a wicked edge super easily and holds it reasonably well. It’s not particularly tough but it’s stupid light, comfy, secure, simple, and reliable. I can improve on any aspect but it always comes at a major cost for limited return so imo it’s not the pinnacle of knives but it’s an ideal standard.
